Oregon’s climate action plan aims to cut greenhouse gas emissions from buildings, which make up about 25 percent of the state’s total, according to the Oregon Department of Energy. Improving insulation and overall building envelope performance supports these goals.
Industry analysts note that insulation demand stays consistent even during market fluctuations, as building codes require it regardless of economic conditions. Rising utility costs also drive more homeowners to invest in insulation upgrades, reinforcing steady demand for professional insulation services.
